Jake Goldas

Manual Therapist
Meditation Teacher

My experience as a manual therapist has been influenced by many life experiences — Deeply learning the body in , my studies in Hawaiian cultural medicine, yoga, and energy medicine, as well as my own healing journey and reverence for source energy. Finally, my rigorous training with fascia and the Triple Vagal method. Helping the nervous system to process held trauma in the fascial system.

I offer a rehabilitative approach to Manual Therapy, combined with an energetic awareness of the body so your treatments can be subtle, yet produce powerful results.

Pain—whether physical, emotional or mental—is the body communicating that something’s out of balance and needs support. It gives us valuable information in order to find a solution.

It’s my job to listen.

The body knows how to maintain health. It just needs to be given the proper care and conditions to do so. I help people achieve physical and mental wellness through massage therapy and energy healing. Through my blended approach, I’m able to help people restore their body’s natural healing abilities. This often results in physical pain relief, mental and emotional Balance, and enhanced relaxation and wellbeing.

The quality of connection between Therapist and Client plays a significant role in producing desired results. That connection should be one of love, respect, and a devotion to an energy greater than ourselves.

This is one of my core beliefs.

I strive to form meaningful connections with my clients. I do this by:

  • Understanding your needs and expectations.

  • Encouraging open and honest communication and dialogue throughout the entire session.

  • Taking care of my own body and energy, as to serve as a clear channel.

  • Blessing the space and acknowledging gratitude to a higher consciousness, whom is the main healer.

What good is receiving medicine or a treatment from a doctor or practitioner that you don’t feel great about? It truly inhibits healing to occur, whether we are conscious of it or not.

I want to show you a better way.

Let’s take a personalized hands-on approach to addressing your body’s most immediate needs.
